HELP! My C:drive and WinME disappeared!

I’m going out of my MIND! Formatted harddrive-had to partition it-but “forgot” to FAT32. . . so loaded Millenium on C (32) and software on new partition (16)-didn’t work. . .impatiently exited (somehow) – and C: became MS-RAM with windows on it – can’t find it-can’t delete it-cant reload win(single user) can’t do ANYTHING!!! How do I find this damned MS-Ram and wipe it out. . . ? PLEASE!! I’ve been working on this for THREE DAYS!
