HELP! Need to fix my theme…

I tried to switch my current windows theme with one off the internet and now I don’t have any icons or a taskbar.. The only way to access programs is through the task manager. I performed the installation process as instructed, replacing my theme application with uxtheme.dll with the use of a patch and a replacer. I have tried many different things like running explorer.exe, a system restore, and even performing the “undo” task of the replacer. I have so much work to do with school so I need help as fast as I can get it. I appreciate any assistance. Thanks.
