Help Needed in Crating Login banner

Hi All,
My requirement is such that After successful login into the Windows 2000 server administrator will get a Banner which gives Last login info, Number of Unsuccessful Attempts since last successful login and location of last login form where the administrator have logged in.

When i tried to use Lastlogin attribute it gives current session login time. but, I want two previous login dates. and BadPwdCount attribute it didn’t gave any value.

Any Help will be Appriciated.
