Help Purchase from TechRepublic Store

Im sorry if I am posting in the wrong section/area of this site, but I am desperate to get help and the support team from TR didn’t quite come to my rescue.

I want to purchase some manual/guide/forms from the online store but my credit card is not going through with TR’s vendor. I was wondering if I could send the money to a member willing to help me via paypal and in turn they could purchase the items for me and email them to me.

I am really sorry for posting here. I am just desperate and in need of the resources here on TR.
