I work for a paint and wallcovering business. we do large jobs ie. macy’s, burdines, malls, high end shops. etc. my boss is looking for a way to keep a list of current jobs open on several desktops and be able to update the list by anyone running the list and realtime update it to all computers. we dont have a server we have a nas but we do have access to sharepoint server service thru comcast business class. all the computers are windows xp pro and all run ms office 2007 enterprise. I need to keep it as simple to use as posable. i can set hot keys to open the program but they have to be able to use it with ease. this is my delima. anyone with any ideas please help me. you can email be at “bigrray@aol.com”
I can provide you with somethng i made in outlook tasks and in infopath. neither do everything i need but it was a starting point.
