Help shortest route Algorithm in Map

Dear all,

I would like to design map webpage that user can find shortest route between two points in map.

I use MapDotNet Server 2007 and SQL server 2008.

What algorithm is the best? Dijkstra’s algorithm or others?

Is there any sample source code or functions in SQL or MapDotNet to support?
