help vlan configuration

Guys help me how to configure vlan i have 2801 router, 3550 switch & 2 2950.my plan guys i want the 3550 for the core switch,2950 to be the vlan10 & 2950 vlan20.i already configure the 3550 vlan10 192.168.10.1 & vlan20 192.168.20.1 & my IP route 192.168.0.1 but still guys i have no connection on both 2950.
