Help with BayNetworks 28115 switch

I have a BayNetworks 28115 16 port switch that I have lost the configuration menu password for. How can I Reset the password, or remove the password, so I can get into the menu using the front terminal port. Thinking back a long time ago someone said it can be reset to the defult by pressing some switches as it powers up? I have tried everything i can think of, Help?
