Hi everyone. I’m currently a student going for my MCSA on Server 2003. I’m one test away. I would like to install the eval copy I have for 180 days on one of my spare PC’s and actually use it as a file server and more. I have a question… If I accidently forgot the 180th expiry date will I still be able to get my files by placing the disk in another computer? I will have the OS on one hard drive and data on another SATA drive. Must I log on with the User ID and Password to retrieve the files even if I move the Hhard drive to another PC? I would really appreciate your input. Thank you.
Also, say in the “real world” you have Windows Server 2003 installed on one disk and data on another disk, and the disk with the OS fails. How would you go about getting the files off the data disk? Thanks
