Help with PC not loading after hitting F1 key

hey,
I have a DELL Optiplex 755 pc but whenever I turn it on, it loads through the boot mode and keeps going back to the DELL logo and then boot mode again and again. help what should I do because I cannot use my pc again, I cannot access it because it won’t load.
