Help with PING results

We have a Novell 4.11 LAN. We have about 12 PCs mostly running Win2k. We also have a Windows Network Workgroup called WORKGROUP. And lastly, we have a Hughes 2-way dish that is shared with everyon via OrbitNet. In a routine check I pinged several PCs but could not get thru to one workstation. If I ping or tracert I get no response. Here is what I do not understand. If I go to that workstation it is connected to the Novell server, It shows up on the Microsoft Workgroup, it connects to the Internet (via the network and only thru my computer) and I can ping my computer (but I cannot ping that computer from mine)!
