Help with Raid, still learning.

I have a clone machine with a adaptech 3200S raid controller with 3 drives (2 19gb and 1 36gb) Raid 5.
The 36 is replacinging a dead drive.
1 of the 19’s failed and the server went down.
I ran the verify disk utility and brought the drive back to optimal.
I cannot boot into windows 2000.

I am tring to use the adaptech raid config utility to bring the 36 gb into the container, but the only thing I can manage to do is to make it a hotswap drive.
I have tried the rebuild option, but nothing seems to happen.

Also the old drive is still showing as a “missing component” in the bus list and in the container list.

1. How do I get rid of the “missing component”?
2. How do I get the 36 into the container to replace the dead 19?
