Help with remote desktop/group policy

Is there a way allow employees to get access to their computer/our servers from home with group policy? I want to enable two of my employees to be able to get into only their computer/our servers from home. I have a group policy that enables me access to everyones computers, but I only want them to be able to get into theirs. Any way to limit that?
