Help with simple Access Database

I have never used MS Access and would like to create a database to keep track of back up media I send off site each night.

I would like a drop down menu for 3 servers i.e. Server 1, Server 2, Server 3, showing each servers tape names i.e. Monday 1, Monday 2, Wednesday 1, Wednesday 1 Full System, Thursday 1 etc.

A field under each server for the date the tape was sent and another drop down under the date sent field with the three offsite locations the tapes can be sent to.

If I could I would like to run a report which shows the location of each tape and when it was sent to that location.

With a little help I think I?ll get the basic idea to create it how I want.
