Help with the Yahoo toolbar

Hello fellow computer users.
I recently upgraded from IE6 to Internet Explorer7.I also have the new yahoo toolbar with free norton anti spyware scan that comes with it. My problem is this. Half the time the spyware scan butto when clicked takes me to the start page of the norton anti spyware scan page. But here is my problem. Most of the time the button has a slighter smaller yellow circle and when I click on it it says my options are to “get your free Norton anti spy scan” or Get your free Norton internet security trail”. Its basically saying I havent got the free Spyscan installed. But I do and sometimes it works fine and it sometimes acts that I havent got the scan installed.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
