hHP PSC2355 ALL IN ONE PRINTER

Does any body have an answer i have reset the factory setting and i have re powered up holding ok and cancel button but my printer keeps taking the paper through and stopping half way then shows on display paper jam when i press ok the paper comes out and takes another on in just to do the same, the only difference i have managed to make somehow is now the paper doesn’t even get half way now before it jamms.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please help some one pleas
