Hi I about to take

The newest MS exames and would like some tips. Two years ago I was a mcse and mcp but now need to retake tests and have no time to do this. How do you people in the field have time to study and leave work to take the test? I have been in the field for years and am a point that I need to provide certs but can not take the time away from the job. Is there a simple way to take the tests and stil do the job?
