Hibarnate Feature in W2K Professional

The Hibernate function on my client computer used to work until there was a problem. Now the system will enter Hibernate fine but when restoring it will not get past the “Resuming Windows” display. I can only restart the system in order to complete the boot process. Even if I tell it to delete the restore information it will still not come out of Hibernate.

Is there any other way to troubleshoot this problem.
