Hibernate or lack there of

Check this out, as most of you know my whole environment here is Windows 2000, half of the laptop users are having issues “resuming” after hibernate. Funny thing is that all of my users are “power users” on their boxes, but only half of them are “local admins” and that half doesn’t have any problems coming out of hibernate.

hmmm…. is this a local security policy issue, I can’t find anything from MS that says that users have to be “local admins”, and yet this strange phenomenon continues. Anyone? Anyone??
