Hiding Admin Tools

Hi,

Is there a way to hide the Admin Tools menu bar from Programs in NT4 Workstation?
I know you can add NoCommonGroups string to the Registry, but this takes away most of the programs I’d want the user to use (Office, email,etc)

Is there a simple workaround?
