high CPU usage while opening Flash files…..

I have PIV Processor @ 3.0 GHz…..
1.25 GB of RAM…….
250 GB hard disk…..
Windows XP Pro SP2
NO virus or spyware…..

My cpu fans make hell of a noise……

Please some one help me….
