High CPU utilization by Rtvscan.exe

Dear all,

We have several windows 2000 servers and bunch of windows xp clients. All the servers have norton corporate edition version 10.

Now the rtvscan.exe will take more then 50% of cpu cycles. Restarting the norton service will help the problem temporally. It usually spikes back up within 24 hours.
