High end IT support for IT support

Here my problem… We’re wasting too much on certain things… Without going in to it… What we need a all in one company for higher end IT support(via phone) that can cover Sun systems, Cisco, Exchange, Win 2k3 server, unix enviro.. Basicly the whole 9 yard…. I need high end not Level 1 or 2 …if we need to run a Exchange server off of a palm pilot plugged into a Pix Firewall then I want them to know how to do it & be able to tell us over the phone…..

So is there a company out there that can do this?
