High Speed Internet Access

I would like to have 15 users share 1 isdn connection for internet access on all desktops.I,m running a windows NT 4.0 platform w/98 & 95 clients.Internal 10mbps hub and compaq 10mbps repeater.(1)will running 10mbps slow down the ISDN connection and(2)how do I build this ???RE:Router ???or an ISDN modem/hub and connect this into the 10mbps hub to allow access from everyones desktop?????Thanks for and advise !
