hMailserver : script

Wonder if anyone can help?

Got a mail drop running for a domain
mydomain.co.me
But I got 2 address with the same domain name on the net e.g. bob@mydomain.co.me and janemydomain.co.me. Now for the inside of the mail drop server smtp server I would like a script that when a mail is sent to bob and jane it’s uses my ISP’s smtp server instead of the local one.
