Home Network using Broadband Router

I have a Dell TrueMobile 2300 Wireless Braodband Router. Is it possible to use this as a hub for a home network so I can share files between computers connected to the router and still access the internet with all of the computers? If this is possible, how do I do it? Right now I have it configured as a router and can’t get the computers to see each other. If I configure it as an access point I can’t get the internet.
