home – office pc in netmeeting

Hi!

I want to connect home to office pc thru netmeeting. I can connect from office to home thru netmeeting easily. Umm.. what can I do get it connected?
office pc is on a hub w/ about 15 pc’s. this is my office pc info
ip address: 192.168.xx.xx
subnet: 255.255.255.0
default gateway: 192.168.xx.xxx

dns: xxx.x.xxx.xx
hehe hope x’s are right! I don’t know much bout networking. I went to myipaddress.com for ip’s but i notice at office every pc has same ip. that’s where i’m lost. well any help would be appreciated
