Home Server network

OK basically i just wanna no if this will work, i think i have the no how to set it up. What i wanna do is come in from the modem-> the server-> belkin router with uplink port-> 3 other PCs. I know a hub would be better but i wanna stick with what i have now. I wanna use the server as storage, the 1st thing for the internet to hit instead of the other PCs and just basic server stuff. Would this config work.
