Hot Swapable HD.

I have a Windows 2k Server. Intel 1.0Ghz and 512Mb RAM. The primary function of the server is storage for the company information. I have an IDE RAID, I would like to move to a “SCSI hot swapable” solution, my problem is that I have never dealt withSCSI before. I am confused by all the different options, unfortunatelly I am pressed for time to resolve this issue, for that reason I don’t have much time to learn about SCSI. I need between 40-100Gb of storage. I would appreciate some suggestions on good hard drives and scsi controllers. I would also like information about the best hardrives, or some webpages where I can find benchmarks, I would love to find something similar to tomshardware.com
