How 2 cleanup W32.Stration@mm virus?

I have tried to delete it with my Mcafee Antivirus, but each time i restart my computer, then it will prompt back again and again. I have tried different methods, but seem to be useless.
Can someone guide me to remove that W32.Stration@mm virus???
