How about a step by step that works!

I have been all over the internet trying to find a step by step for setting up a VPN using RRAS in Server 2003. I have found some that are “step by step” but they do not work. We need a step by step that addresses the settings on the server AND client (Windows XP Pro SP2) side. We could even leave the router settings out of it.Lets just assume no router. Just PC and Server configurations that work. Anyone up for the challenge?
