How best to configuring master browser on peer peer network

I have a network with 5 xp computers. I am getting browser errors in system log as below

The browser service has failed to retrieve the backup list too many times on transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{E94451F1-6931-4628-9067-6F309E1AE41F}. The backup browser is stopping.

How should I setup the browser service on each of the computers.
