How Boot My PC Via USB, While my window is currupted?

Can i boot windows XP via USB, while i never have installed it over my ThinkPad(Toshiba).
Tell me how can i make my USB(2 GB, Kingston Data Traveler)to boot windows setup from it.
Please help me, becuase i have no more resource, such as CR-Rom, Floppy, Or other cable to follow on.
