How can I access “components” required to complete OffXP install?

I had to rebuild my pc and need to install BOTH Office XP pro Dev edition (complete) AND Office 2003 (all licensed,original CDs).
I am first trying to install OXP dev and later Off 2003.
When I try to install Off XP it asks for additional components from the CD. I put both the Windows CD in for windows components and the office XP install CD in. Neither worked seems to have what the installation is looking for. I need to install the XP before 2003 version. The OS is WinXP SP3.
