How can i add explorer.exe on allowed aplications on Terminal Server users?

Hello to everyone
I have one doubt about how can i add Explorer.exe to the list of allowed applications on Terminal Server 2003

I have one problem with users on login on Remote Desktop seesion , that is setup to run application with logon.

When client login, apeears this error message “An error (193) occurred while creating user logon”.

I already found one solution on Microsoft website “http://support.microsoft.com/kb/186604#appliesto” , but i cant found where i can add explorer.exe to allowed aplications

Anyone can help me on that?
