how can I assign static IP to my users?

Hi there,

My RAS is authenticate with Nttacplus version 2.0 aaa model software and I have a little problem! with it:
how can I assign an static IP to my remote users who are connected to my cisco 2610 router?
ofcourse I can assign them dynamic ip by router but I need to assign some of them static IP.
nttacplus is a Mastersoft copmpany’s product.
