How can I change multiple Hyperlinks in a mapped drive?

We have a shared network drive which has multiple Excel and Word documents using hyperlinks to point to a particular server name , for example \\server 1\…..\… We now need to rename our servers due to a corporate policy. Is there a way to search and replace the server name in all of these hyperlinks automatically so they all point to, for example , \\server2\…\… ?
