How can I determine what Ports are open on my system?

I have recently added Microsoft SQL 2005 to my system, and now my Norton’s 360 is constantly asking my permission to allow an outside IP address to access my SQL with specific port addresses. I keep blocking those requests, but not sure what is getting thru anyway.

How can I determine what Ports are open, and what they go to?
