How can I edit the Subject line of an e-

I have Outlook Express Version 5.0 on my personal PC. I receive a number of emails that do not have anything entered on the subject line. I find this annoying and counter productive when I’m trying to find an e-mail file containing a particular subject when the file is not titled. How can I edit or re-title the subject line of these e-mails?
