How can I expand the primary partition Server 2003 w/ Mirrored NTFS drives

Will Partition Magic allow me to expand my original primary 10Gig partition with my my 240Gig secondary partition without having to wipe out the secondary data? I have Mirrored drives on this Server 2003 Standard Dell box.
