How can I fix an "IE hs Encountered a Problem and Must Shut Down" problem?

When I try to print a downloaded Tech Republic blog or article, I get a “Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close…” message. This does not occur when printing downloads from other sites. I’m using Windows XP SP3. How do I fix this?
