How can I forward exchange mail to MORE than one external email address ?

I have a need to forward mail from an exchange server ( Version 6.0 ) on Windows Server 2003 SBS to more than one pop3 email address. Using the contact I can forward to ONE and then in outlook I can forward to more but in this case outlook may not be used all the time so I cannot rely on the outlook forward rule so I need to use the exchange server to do this and cannot find out how this is done. Any help please ??
