How can I get a list of the security applied to Folders & File’s ??

Hi,

I have a 2003 Server and we would like to know if there is a way to list out all of the group & user security applied to each folder & it’s subfolders etc, down to files if the security if differnt down to that level. We want this so that we have a log of the current setup on our file server and then we can run an audit each time we are asked to change security. Is there any software out there that can do what we want?
