How can i remove the printer and fax folder?

I have an open computer lab. All Printing jobs go over a print manager, but if someone opens the network printer he is able to print his printjob, before the print manager is able to delete the job.
How can i hide the printer in the menu, that they still can use, it, but don’t know how to open it?
The computers are running XP Pro
