How can I save episodes of NBC.com

Hey guys,

question is above! NBC is one of the best producers of new series in my opinion. On their website you can find full episodes of shows like Hannibal, The blacklist, Grimm…
Only problem is that these full episodes are disappearing form time to time.
That is why I need a good (software) solution for my problem stated above 😉
