How Can I Transfer Data from Android to iPhone on Mac

Hi Guys,
I bought myself a new MacBook to replace the old Acer Notebook, and resell my Acer to my friend, I just want to switched text messages, photos and contacts from an Android (HTC One) to iPhone 5S on the Mac today. HTC is nice so far, but I’m having trouble transferring data from my old HTC to iPhone. Is there an easy and reliable way to transfer all my data especially text messages and contacts between my two devices? Any one who can help please? Thanks!
