how can i use my microsoft exchange server 2003 to pull my mails

have just installed a microsoft exchange server 2003 for my company, have created mail boxes and we’ve been able to send and receive mails on our private network,pls how can i configure the server to be able to pull/ receive mails for the company domain name.
