How can Novell 5.1 use a printer on an XP workstation?

I want to add a printer to an XP workstation and upgrade my old 98s and ME workstations that are on a Novell 5.1 network. I have not been able to get the printer to work on the network. I use NPRINTER for the older computers and I know that it does not work with XP. Anyone have a solution?
