How do i access Lan Network from Wan..with netgear router detail info below

Hi friends,

We have network in office with ip range from 192.168.2.1-254 / 255.255.255.0 which is over lan now for wireless devices we are using Netgear Router N150 JNR1010 and its LAp ip is 10.0.0.1 series and Wan ip 192.168.2.130 our office network now if i ping my office any office pc from wireless device witn 10.0.0.0 serires i get reply but if i try to ping wireless devices fromv my office lan network i get request time out..kindly request you to help us in same how to i ping any 10.0.0.0 network from any 192.168.2.0 serires i should abe able to access it
