How do i add a record in my windows 2003 server DNS

we have a website that is being hosted by our ISP.The website comes on when users from external access it,but internal users are failing to access the site using www.ntbc.co.zm.
Users pcs are configured to use the internal DNS server for resolution.Would anyone please outline what i need to enter in my local DNS server to enable users internally access the website.
